
Ingredients List
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g butter
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 300ml double cream
- 100g sugar
- 400g condensed milk
Instructions
- Crush digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a tart pan.
- Cook condensed milk to make caramel. Pour over biscuit base, and top with sliced bananas.
- Whip cream with sugar and spread over the bananas. Chill before serving.
