Carrot Cake

Ingredients List

  • 200g flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 200g grated carrots
  • 100g walnuts
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, and butter. Fold in grated carrots and walnuts.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. For frosting, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then spread over the cooled cake.
