
Ingredients List
- 125g water
- 125g butter
- 75g plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 150ml double cream
- 100g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
- Bring water and butter to a boil, then stir in flour to form a dough.
- Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time. Pipe the dough onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
- Whip the cream and fill the eclairs once they’ve cooled.
- Melt chocolate with sugar and drizzle over the eclairs.
