Chocolate Eclairs

Ingredients List

  • 125g water
  • 125g butter
  • 75g plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 150ml double cream
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Bring water and butter to a boil, then stir in flour to form a dough.
  3. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time. Pipe the dough onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Whip the cream and fill the eclairs once they’ve cooled.
  5. Melt chocolate with sugar and drizzle over the eclairs.
