Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients List

  • 200g desiccated coconut
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  2. Whisk egg whites with sugar and vanilla extract, then fold in coconut.
  3. Spoon mixture into mounds and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate and dip macaroons in it before serving.
