Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients List
- 200g desiccated coconut
- 100g sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
- Whisk egg whites with sugar and vanilla extract, then fold in coconut.
- Spoon mixture into mounds and bake for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and dip macaroons in it before serving.
