Coffee and Walnut Cake

Ingredients List

• 200g flour
• 100g butter
• 100g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp instant coffee
• 100g walnuts
• For icing: 150g butter, 200g powdered sugar, 2 tbsp coffee

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
2. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and flour. Add coffee and walnuts and stir to combine.
3. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 30 minutes.
4. For icing, mix butter, powdered sugar, and coffee until smooth, then spread over the cooled cake.
