
Ingredients List
- 200g flour
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 100g walnuts
- For icing: 150g butter, 200g powdered sugar, 2 tbsp coffee
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and flour. Add coffee and walnuts and stir to combine.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 30 minutes.
- For icing, mix butter, powdered sugar, and coffee until smooth, then spread over the cooled cake.
