
Ingredients List
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 3 peaches, peeled and sliced
- 100g raspberry coulis
- 200ml double cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C (390F).
- Roll out puff pastry and line a tart tin. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Arrange sliced peaches on the pastry base.
- Whip the cream with icing sugar until stiff and spread over the peaches.
- Drizzle with raspberry coulis before serving.
