- 400g rhubarb
- 200g sugar
- 200g flour
- 100g butter
- 100g oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
- Mix chopped rhubarb with sugar and place in a baking dish.
- Mix flour, butter, and oats to form a crumble topping, then sprinkle over the rhubarb.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
