Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients List

  • 400g rhubarb
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
  2. Mix chopped rhubarb with sugar and place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix flour, butter, and oats to form a crumble topping, then sprinkle over the rhubarb.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
