Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients List

  • 200g GF plain flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk in almond milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Heat a pan and cook pancakes until golden on both sides.
  4. Serve with maple syrup and fruit.
