Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients List
- 200g GF plain flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 300ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Whisk in almond milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat a pan and cook pancakes until golden on both sides.
- Serve with maple syrup and fruit.
